The Latvian parliament on June 20 gave Prime Minister Maris Kucinskis (Greens/Farmers) a month to prepare a list of the officials responsible for introduction of the flawed green energy system named as the MPC system after the Mandatory Purchase Component with is the part of the electricity price used to subsidize green energy producers.
