CESIS - Over 20,000 attended this weekend's Lampa discussion festival in Cesis, with another 70,000 following along the festival on-line, LETA was told by one of the festival's organizers Eva Skele.
This was the festival's fifth year in Cesis, with over 1,500 speakers participating on 38 different stages this year.
''The festival's program this year was made up of speakers from over 300 state administration institutions, non-governmental organizations, businesses, higher education establishments, local governments, embassies, and other active individuals who have something to say,'' the organizers point out.
