RIGA - Health Minister Ilze Vinkele (For Development/For) today signed an decree on partial resumption of outpatient and diagnostic services at healthcare institutions from Monday, April 20.
Vinkele points out on Twitter that she has agreed with physicians on the necessary safety measures for both medical staff and patients in order to resume dental, specialist consultations, examinations and other medical services.
