RIGA - One-third of re-emigrants, or 30 percent, feel disappointed after their return to Latvia and are ready to leave again, the news program of LNT commercial TV channel reported, citing a new survey by the Center for Diaspora and Migration Research at the University of Latvia.
The reasons for the re-emigrants’ disappointment include an inability to find an appropriate and decently paid job, employers’ mistreatment, including unreported wages, problems with housing, kids’ integration at school and other issues.
