The international logistics group Omniva, owned by the Estonian state, has just been ranked the third most beloved brand in the Baltics by the people of the region. Omniva is the only Estonian company and the only government-controlled company owning a brand present in Baltic Top 10.

“We have been in the top three most beloved brands in the Baltics for two years in a row, and among the top four for four consecutive years, which shows the stable trust customers place in Omniva’s services. Omniva’s parcels, orange parcel machines, and vehicles are part of the everyday life of people in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania – we make lives easier by bringing the world closer with fast and high-quality parcel services,” said Martti Kuldma, Chairman of the Management Board of Omniva Group.

“Consumers’ steady trust in the Omniva brand constantly motivates us to further improve our services and to bring new, convenient, and innovative solutions into parcel logistics,” Kuldma added.

In the Baltic brands ranking, Swedbank holds first place and Maxima second. Besides Omniva, only two other Baltic-born brands made it to the Top 10: Maxima (Lithuania) and Depo (Latvia). Omniva is the only Estonian company and the only government-controlled company owning a brand present in Baltic Top 10. In Latvia, Omniva’s result is even stronger – the Estonian brand ranks as the second most loved brand, right after Swedbank.

“A big thank you to all our clients, partners, and employees whose trust and cooperation have made it possible for an Estonian company, a former national postal service provider, to grow into a successful player in international logistics. We will continue to deliver happiness and joy in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and beyond!” said Martti Kuldma.

The Baltic Brand Forum is the largest annual brand and lifestyle survey in the Baltics, conducted for more than 20 years and evaluating more than 600 brands. The study helps to understand how people in the three Baltic countries relate to brands, what they value, and which attitudes and lifestyle choices influence their brand preferences. The survey is carried out by Norstat.

The title of “Most Loved Brand” goes to companies for which the largest number of surveyed consumers said it is their favorite brand and that they would certainly continue to use its services.

This year’s results were announced last week at the Baltic Brand Forum 2025 conference held in Vilnius.
