Novaturas taking over bookings of Kidy Tour clients

TALLINN – Lithuanian tour operator AB Novaturas, which operates in Estonia under the Novatours brand, is about to take over the obligations of tour operator Kidy Tour to clients who have booked a summer vacation with Kidy Tour in Turkish, Greek or Bulgarian resorts.

According to a memorandum of understanding signed between the two companies, Novaturas plans to fulfill the obligations to the travelers from Lithuania and Estonia who have booked trips with Kidy Tour with departures between May and October 2022, Novaturas informed the stock exchange.

"Passengers remain a top priority for us, so we are making every effort to find ways to ensure that as many planned trips as possible would be carried out on agreed terms and time. Therefore, we believe that transferring holiday packages to Novaturas is the best solution for our travelers at the moment", said the manager of Kidy Tour, Gvidas Aukstuolis.

Both parties will seek to ensure a smooth transfer of responsibilities, so neither travel agencies nor Kidy Tour customers need to initiate any action and they will be contacted directly.
