BEMACRAFT GROUP LTD, a company organised as a British Virgin Islands Business Company, registration no. 1718465, notifies the creditors that a shareholder's decision has been made to terminate the activities of the Company and initiate liquidation.

Creditors may submit their claims by sending a written notice to the address of the Company's liquidator Kaspars Kleins: Abavas iela 13 - 2, Riga, LV-1004, within one month from the publication of this notice.
