No-confidence motion against Estonia's Finance Minister Martin Helme fails

A motion of no confidence in Finance Minister Martin Helme failed in the Estonian parliament (Riigikogu) on September 23. The motion was rejected in the 101-seat chamber by a vote of 45 to 53, with no neutral votes.  Three MPs from Isamaa party -- Siim Kiisler, Viktoria Ladonskaja-Kubits and Andres Metsoja -- did not vote.
