Newspaper: Men who offered money to Centre Party are ex-politicians

TALLINN - The men who allegedly offered money to the Centre Party at meetings bugged by the police are former ethnic Russian politicians of Estonia with ties to Gennadi Ever, who was assassinated in Russia in 2004, Postimees said on Tuesday. According to Postimees, Stanislav Alter and Viktor Tarassov have been connected to the municipal authorities of Tallinn for years.
