VILNIUS - The range of restaurants with exotic themes continues to increase in Vilnius. The latest addition to the growing list is the recently opened Australian restaurant, Kukabara (a Lithuanian transcription of Kookaburra) at the foot of Gedimino Ave. It's also the only one of its kind in the country.Kukabara is run by 46-year old Juozas Petraitis, an Australian-born Lithuanian, and his wife Giedre.
