ATHENS/VILNIUSRussia's Foreign Ministry has grown increasingly outspoken about "misunderstandings" with Lithuania on several points involving transit rules for Russian citizens, while Lithuanian diplomats have stressed that solutions to transit issues will not be made at the expense of Lithuania's national interests.
