Swedish furniture giant Ikea is set to open a store in Latvia.
It's estimated business costs for the new Ikea store in Riga will cost 120 million euros whilst work on the store oculd be finished in two years, Postimees Online reports.
The announcement comes after a franchise company working on behalf of the store carried out an assessment in Tallinn, Tartu and Riga. The three cities were assessed as part of the plans with the latter being chosen as the next destination for the store.
Ikea plans to have stores in all the Baltic states by 2019. Ikea opened a store in Vilnius last August.
