A total of six political parties in Latvia could come to power in Latvia's national elections next month, a new survey shows.
Latvia goes to the polls on October 4 with latest figures showing the Unity (Vienotiba) party as the most popular party among voters.
The Harmony Party fronted by Riga mayor Nils Usakovs comes close behind, with over 17 percent of voters saying they would vote.
The rest of the votes will go to the Greens and Farmers' Union, All for Latvia!-For Fatherland and Freedom/LNNK and the Regional Alliance, the survey by SKDS for Latvia's Regional Alliance reveals.
A total of 718 respondents participated in the survey. The survey omitted answers of those respondents who have decided not to vote in the 12th Saeima elections, as the results would be much lower.
