VILNIUS - Life is getting tougher every day for former communist security personnel in Lithuania, but recently, they got a small break.The parliament decided to postpone until Sept. 10 consideration of draft legislation that would require anyone who worked in the special services of countries that occupied Lithuania to register with the authorities.
