Protesters have rallied outside the Russian embassy in Lithuania calling for an end to the conflict in the Ukraine

The rally titled ‘Putin, Don't Send Arms to Terrorists!’ aims at drawing attention to the armed conflict taking place in eastern Ukraine, organizers said.

Around 30 members of Lithuania's liberal movement party chanted slogans and held up placards calling on Russia to stop providing arms to pro Russian separatists in eastern Ukraine. Moscow has denied it's supporting the rebels and has called for peace in the region, Delfi reports.

"Let's come and say it out loud: Putin, don't send arms to terrorists!" demonstrators said, posting on social media. Lithuanian MEP Antanas Guoga also delivered a speech during the rally.
