LIVE FEST returns to the stage

This year for the second year already, Kuldiga’s LIVE FEST 2014 returns to its Open-air stage! From Aug. 15-16 amazing performances by local Latvian artists together with international stars will appear on stage.

On Aug. 15 the audience will get to see live performances by the legendary band Smokie. In addition, on stage will be the band that made their debut winning the Eurovision song contest back in 1976 – Brotherhood of Man and ABBA’s tribute band, which is amazingly similar to the original – ABBA MANIA. There will also be performances by local bands Dzelzs Vilks and Otra Puse. This will be on the so-called POP Night.

The second day of LIVE FEST 2014 brings more great performers. On Aug. 16, the audience will get to see Suzi Quatro perform, as well as the legendary band Queen’s tribute band Killer Queen perform the greatest hits. Alongside this, local rock stars Igors Novikovs, Ivo Fomins and the Liepajas gitaristu lielansamblis (The Liepaja guitar big band) play the festival’s final day, the so-called ROCK Night.
