Latvian racer takes gold at BMX games

Latvia's two-time Olympic champion Maris Strombergs has won gold at the European BMX Championships  in Denmark.

This is the second year in a row Strombergs has won a gold at the European Championships held on Sunday, reports LETA

Latvian BMX racer, Edzus Treimanis, finished sixth in the championships. Meanwhile, Kristens Krigers became European Vice-Champion in the Junior challenge category.
