A new public transport board of directors has been proposed following a shake up.Latvian Transport Minister Anrijs Matiss confirmed that three candidates have been proposed as members of the new Pasazieru Vilciens  board - director of the Transport Ministry's Land Transport Department Andris Lubans, finance directorat Latvijas Dzelzcels (LDz) Maris Bremze and LDz staff member Miks Perse.It's hoped the new board could follow through with plans to install new electric trains in Latvia worth 150 million euros, Matiss, said.“Hopefully, the Pasazieru Vilciens...
