No bidders in Snoras building auctions

RIGA - The first two auctions held to sell the property at 23 Pils Street in Riga’s Old Town, which belongs to the defunct Lithuanian Snoras bank, the parent bank of the failed Latvijas Krajbanka, have failed, property consulting company Colliers International representative Anzela Kolensikova said, reports LETA. Investors interested in buying the building now can submit their price offers, of which the one offering the highest price will be selected.
