RIGA - Arijandas Sliupas, deputy minister of transport and communications in Lithuania, was on an official visit to the People’s Republic of China last month, where his mission was to highlight that “Lithuania seeks to establish a stable, constructive and mutually beneficial relationship with China,” reports ELTA.
