RIGA - Latvia’s agriculture minister, Janis Duklavs, will request that the government this week declare a state of emergency in the area affected by the African swine-fever outbreak, reports LETA. The government was to gather for a meeting on Tuesday, during which Duklavs was to deliver a report on the situation.
