Russian tank maker to set up Latvian production

Reports are that a Jelgava rail freight car factory south of Riga is being built by the world's largest tank manufacturer – none other than the Russian company Uralvagonzavod - which the Constitutional Protection Bureau warns it poses a serious risk factor for the region.
