Estonia to send military aid to Central Africa conflict

Estonia will send military aid to the ongoing conflict in the Central African Republic.

Government officials at its cabinet session on Jan. 16 confirmed plans to support the planned European Union mission in the Central African Republic.

A total of 55 personnel will travel to the conflict where over 1,000 people have died and many more displaced from their homes.

The defense ministry will have to prepare a bill on participation in the conflict.
