Skuja to march against Usakovs

On Dec. 3, when former MP Janis Martins Skuja plans to lead a rally demanding Riga Mayor Nils Usakovs' (Harmony Center) resignation, the mayor's supporters will also assemble on Riga's Town Hall Square, reports LETA.

Skuja's rally will be held from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. The mayor's supporters will have their own rally in the same location and at around the same time - from 1:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m.

Usakovs' supporters will be rallied by "SUIS Riga" CEO Janis Juksinskis, who is also among those who have donated funds to Harmony Center.

Juksinskis believes that Usakovs is the only one who has done something to investigate the Zolitude tragedy, saying that his big accomplishment has been to suspend six Riga Construction Board employees and organized the investigation.
