Lithuania, Israel form closer economic ties

Lithuania's Minister of Economy Evaldas Gustas has wrapped up a working visit in Israel, reports LETA.

During the visit on Nov. 18-20, , Gustas discussed bilateral cooperation in order to create closer economic ties. Opportunities for further investments and plans to boost tourism was also discussed. 

During the meeting with Minister of Science, Technology and Space Yaakov Perry, Gustas discussed opportunities for closer cooperation between the Israeli Industry Centre for Research and Development and Lithuania's Agency for Science, Innovation and Technology (MITA). Gustas invited Peerry and Israel's Minister of Tourism Uzi Landau to visit Lithuania.
