TALLINN - The Estonian-Finnish electricity connection Estlink 2 project, that costs 320 million euros and is being developed by Estonian and Finnish system operators Elering and Fingrid, has reached the post-installation testing stage, reports Postimees Online.Elering’s board chairman Taavi Veskimagi said that general construction and montage of equipment has been completed and on Oct. 22 the first capacity transmission took place.
