Unfair traders to be penalized

RIGA - Dishonest retail trade companies that force unfair conditions on their suppliers will face penalties of up to 0.2 percent of their turnover, according to the Latvian Economy Ministry’s bill banning unfair commercial practices, approved by the government on Sept. 30, reports Nozare.lv.
