VILNIUS - In the future, public institutions will buy mobile telephony products or services separately if provisions put forward by the Public Procurement Office (VPT) are approved, reports ELTA.VPT decided to take action after it calculated that public institutions each year overpay by 26 million litas (7.5 million euros) for communication services.In order to save money, public institutions are now required to buy communication and wireless networking services, mobile phones and other equipment separately.
