KAUNAS (BNS) - Lithuania's Kaunas District Court has ordered a 77-year-old former NKVD member to enter the Kaisiadorys Hospital, where experts will investigate his health and determine whether the accused can participate in court sessions.The court ordered an expert opinion for Agafon Surinin in August after he failed to come to a court session and his daughters presented a note that he was seriously ill.
