VILNIUS - Lithuania’s small producers of biofuel fear that the new biofuel exchange model will be disastrous for their business, reports ELTA. The heads of 17 small biofuel producing companies wrote an open letter addressed to the leaders of the state in which they said that the model for the biofuel exchange will prevent the producers from signing long-term agreements with the heat supplying companies and other participants in the biofuel market.
