RIGA - MNB nams’ building at Kalku Street 15 in Riga was sold for 6.21 million lats (8.8 million euros) last year and was the most expensive real estate property sold in 2012, according to a survey carried out by the business magazine Kapitals.The building belonged to Baltic Property Trust Secura, a company registered in Denmark and currently undergoing liquidation.
