Butkevicius hopes to resolve unemployment with PPP help

VILNIUS - Prime Minister Algirdas hopes to resolve the problem of unemployment in Lithuania with the help of Public Private Partnership (PPP).

"New vacancies must be created. We believe that we will be able to do it after the introduction of the PPP program, PM said today in an interview with the national radio.

Butkevicius says that infrastructure projects "fed" by the European Union multiannual financial framework and block apartments renovation will also create new jobs.
