TALLINN - The north Estonian Kiili parish was the first to issue the construction permit that enables the start of construction of the land line section of the Balticconnector, a gas pipeline connecting the Estonian and Finnish gas networks, reports Delfi.The land line part of the Balticconnector passes through 6 municipalities in Estonia. The design work of the 47 km section will be completed by the start of the summer.
