Aging workforce needs attention

A study presented on Dec. 14 in the Social Ministry indicates that Estonian employers don’t realize the problems for their future business of an ageing population, reports Public Broadcasting. “A full 82 percent of employers haven’t evaluated risks in the company that accompany the fact that one day there won’t be any employees, or the majority of employees will be elderly.
