TALLINN - The North Estonian Joelahtme parish council approved of the thematic plan and initiating the environmental effects strategic evaluation for the Tallinn LNG terminal that will be located in the Muuga port, reports Aripaev Online.The thematic plan, ‘Choosing the location for the liquefied natural gas terminal’ covers a 300 hectare area in the eastern part of Muuga port, Elering says in its press release.Estonian state-owned companies Elering and Tallinna Sadam, and independent liquid cargo terminal operator Royal Vopak’s subsidiary Vopak LNG concluded a ...
