Possible buyer of Lithuanian bank Snoras enterprise announced

VILNIUS - The UK based investment bank OMADA Capital which has assets in the Baltic countries confirmed that it is one of the four participants who have submitted a proposal to acquire companies Finasta, Finasta Holding and Snoras Lizingas, vz.lt reported.

"We have put in a bid at an attractive pricing, which involves a premium above book value. We want to give a second life to Finasta and to realize its potential both in local and international markets, as well as in new business areas," said Partner at OMADA Peter Hellman to Bloomberg news agency.

Analysts predict that Finasta group might be sold for around 30 million litas (8.6 million euros), while Snoras Lizingas for 15 million litas.
