TALLINN - The first signs that the inside of the Kohtla-Jarve semi-coke hill was on fire were evident last winter, but it was only this spring that the first crater emerged on the Baltic State’s largest ash heap. There are now two sources of the fires, reports Postimees.There is no universally known solution to extinguish such a fire.
