Consumers unaware of electricity market changes

TALLINN - A new monitoring survey by TNS Emor has determined that 79 percent of the residents of Estonia had heard that the electricity market would be opened to competition from Jan. 1, 2013, but people still have too little information about the change, reports National Broadcasting.
