RIGA - Today, the Riga Regional Court turned down a complaint filed by the Riga International Airport over the Riga Vidzeme District Court's unfavorable ruling regarding the airport's dispute with Lithuania's flyLAL-Lithuania Airline (flyLaL), stipulating seizure of the airport's property.

On Jan. 19, 2012, the Riga Vidzeme District Court upheld the Lithuanian court's 2008 ruling to seize Riga International Airport and airBaltic movable property and property rights in the amount of LVL 40 million. This decision was made upon flyLAL petition, reports LETA.
