H&M expansion includes Baltics

VILNIUS - In a sign of faith in Lithuanian shoppers, Swedish retail clothing giant Hennes and Mauritz (H&M) plans to start operations in Lithuania in 2013, reports LETA. The company plans to open two shops in the country, as well as another two to be opened soon in Riga, Latvia.As Lithuanian portal eVersus.lt reports, the Swedish company has already chosen Lithuania for selling H&M-branded clothes, as currently the company’s representatives are negotiating on retail space for their shops.It is expected that H&M would open its first retail shop at one of Lithuani...
