RIGA - Riga Mayor Nils Usakovs (Harmony Center) is hopeful that most, though not all, of the money stolen from the Rigas Namu Parvaldnieks (RNP) housing management company will be recovered. In an interview with LNT television on April 16, the mayor said that around 170,000 lats (242,800 euros) out of 247,000 lats, which had been transferred to a private company instead of used as payment to Rigas Siltums for heating, has been arrested, reports LETA.
