Latvia plans to double defense spending

RIGA - By 2020, Latvia’s defense budget has to be equal to 2 percent of the gross domestic product, according to the Defense Ministry’s National Defense Concept that the government was to consider on April 10, together with an analysis of military threats, reports LETA.
