WARSAW (BNS) - Lithuania and Poland, both aspiring members of the European Union (EU), plan a conference on their experience in talks with the 15-member European block, which will be held in Warsaw from Nov. 19 to 20, a senior Lithuanian official said.Gediminas Serksnys, Lithuanian deputy foreign minister, was in Warsaw Oct. 1 on a one-day visit.
