Laar’s condition not improving

TALLINN - According to his family, Estonian Defense Minister Mart Laar’s medical condition has not improved over the last few days, the Estonian Defense Ministry reports.

Defense minister’s recovery is being impeded by pneumonia, the patient still needs to be in intensive care.

Mart Laar was hospitalized on Feb. 18 due to a stroke caused by high blood pressure.
