RIGA - Foreign Ministry State Secretary Andris Teikmanis on Jan. 27 met with Cuban-born ethnic Latvian Linards Neimanis and his wife Arabella, who about a year ago repatriated from Cuba to Latvia, reports LETA.“We feel at home in Latvia,” said Linards, who was born and grew up in Cuba.
