TALLINN - Estonian Legal Chancellor Indrek Teder is of the position that the Estonian Citizenship Law contradicts the Constitution and, thus, he has sent proposals to the parliament to bring the law in line with it, reports National Broadcasting.The law currently allows for considering only those people as Estonian citizens who, in good faith, received an Estonian passport, although they should not have, because of a mistake made by the state, on the basis of the law that was valid before April 1, 1995.
