VILNIUS - On Jan. 12 and 13 Lithuania commemorated the victims of the Soviet army aggression of 1991 when 14 unarmed Lithuanian civilians were killed and another 1,000 were injured as they defended the Vilnius TV tower and the Vilnius TV center from Soviet attacks.
