TALLINN - In 2011, the Estonian state and the European Union invested more than 2 million euros into e-learning, reports National Broadcasting. The e-Learning Development Center of the Estonian Information Technology Foundation has created e-learning programs BeSt, in higher education, and VANKeR in vocational education for the years 2008-2013. With the support of these programs, in 2011 900 European Credit Points worth of e-learning materials in higher education and 320 study weeks’ worth of materials were created.All study materials already created can be seen in the e-Learn...
