TALLINN - Estonian police sent or delivered by hand 1,500 Christmas cards designed in dark shades to people who have committed serious traffic violations, in order to force people to face the truth and evaluate their own deeds, reports Delfi. The cards were distributed mainly to speed limit violators and drunk drivers.“Nearly 100 people died this year in traffic; over 1,500 were injured.
