TALLINN - On Jan. 1, 2012, nearly 450 full texts of laws and decrees with new amendments will come in force in Estonia, including nearly 140 law full texts, LETA/National Broadcasting reports.

The government’s press service said that the legal acts concern the everyday life of many people and organizations.

For example, the majority of the Punitive Registry will become public, the use of specially marked fuel that has a lower excise tax will end in non-movable engines and mining, forestry and construction work; savings pension payments will be restored for all people who have joined the 2nd pension pillar.
